Jacob brings a decade of experience to every job. He and his wife Saralyn have two sons, Theodore and Elliot, and a regal German Shepherd named Scout. When he's not hanging doors he's fishing, hunting, boating, or camping under the stars with his family.

Jen keeps the whole operation running, backed by a 30-year career in the mortgage industry. Married to Tony for 13 years, she shares in four children, ten grandchildren, and Skye the Pitbull. She finds her joy exploring new places, boating, and camping with the people she loves.

Reed moved to T.C. 21 years ago to get into the garage door business — and met Tony a few years later. After years working together, he rejoined Tony and Jake on the B&B team. He spends his downtime with his German Shepherd Dakota and Springer Spaniel Daisy, fishing at his cabin up north.

Tammy is the voice you'll likely hear first, with 10 years of invaluable experience. Happily married to Scott for 34 years, she's raised three remarkable sons and dotes on Marley, a lovable terrier mix. Her heart belongs to the outdoors, a good book, and camping with family.
